Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Frush account, please read this carefully.

What Happens

  • Permanent Deletion: All your personal data (name, email, address, order history, etc.) will be permanently removed.
  • Irreversible: Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
  • Loss of Access: You’ll lose access to your Frush account and all associated data.
  • No Future Use: You’ll need to create a new account to use Frush again.
  • Limited Retention: Some data may be kept for a short period if legally required (e.g., tax records) or for fraud prevention.

How to Delete Your Account

To ensure security, please delete your account through the app or by email.

  1. Through the Frush App (Recommended)
  • Open Frush app.
  • Go to “Profile” or “Settings.”
  • Find “Account” or “Privacy Settings,” then “Delete Account.”
  • Follow the on-screen steps. This is the fastest way.
  1. Via Email Request (If in-app not available)
  • Email: support@frushapp.com
  • Subject: Account Deletion Request – [Your Registered Email]
  • Include: Your full name, registered email, and phone number, plus confirmation you want to delete permanently.
